Rich’s 24’ x 30’ Trenton & Western Railroad is a fictional branch line of the Grand Trunk Western set in the early 1990’s. It’s modeled using 1:48 O scale equipment with Kadee couplers but runs on traditional 3 rail track, referred to as 3-Rail O Scale. The layout is under construction and being built for operation with thoroughly researched industries, suppliers, and train movements, including eleven trains that originate from two lower level staging yards with some trains as long as twenty cars. The open house will feature running trains as well as displays for discussion about the 3-Rail O Scale concept, featured industries, and track plans. Open Thursday night.
